21. Arbitration Procedures

21.1 Commencing Arbitration: Any arbitration must be commenced within 1 year of the claim arising.
21.2 Location: For claims ≤ $500, arbitration may occur via phone or written submission; otherwise, in New York, NY.
21.3 Rules: Arbitration is confidential and binding under AAA rules.
21.4 Fees: TryGoldenGirl reimburses AAA fees for claims under $10,000 unless deemed frivolous.
21.5 Law: New York law governs; awards may be enforced in any competent court.
21.6 Enforceability: Invalid portions do not affect the remainder.
21.7 Exceptions: Small claims and intellectual property disputes are exempt.
21.8 Amendments: We may amend this clause, but you may opt out within 30 days by emailing contact@tryherplus.com.
