Order Processing

Under normal circumstances, orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as we begin fulfillment immediately to ensure prompt delivery.

Shipping Guarantee

If your order is marked as a gift, we will prioritize processing and shipping within 24 hours of receiving your order whenever possible.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally take longer than expected due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package arrives later than expected, we appreciate your patience—it will be worth the wait!

Shipping Fees and Carriers

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination.
TryGoldenGirl partners with trusted U.S. and international carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Risk of Loss

All products purchased from TryGoldenGirl are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Return Window

TryGoldenGirl offers a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.
Items returned after 30 days from the purchase date are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

  • Packaging must remain sealed and intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within the 30-day window.

Return Authorization (RMA)

All returns must be processed through our Return Material Authorization (RMA) system.

To request an RMA Number:
Contact our support team at contact@tryherplus.com with your order number and reason for return.
Unauthorized returns—those received without an approved RMA Number—will be returned to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.

Return Timeline

Once an RMA Number is issued, your return must be received within 30 days.
If the return is not received within this timeframe, the RMA may be canceled, and any refund request voided.

Cancellation of RMA

You may cancel a return request before shipping your item by notifying us in writing at contact@tryherplus.com. Once canceled, the RMA will no longer be valid.

Refund Processing

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, and if approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our policies.
